Every day, the majestic Elephants face danger from poachers who want to make a profit from their tusks for the Ivory demand in China. We need to do all we can to help save these majestic creatures from becoming extinct. Elephants have long memories and they mourn over their dead. They have feelings and are very intelligent animals and to kill them out of greed and mankind's selfish demands is horrible! There used to be millions of Elephants roaming free in Africa and today, their numbers are dwindling. We may be the last generation that has a chance to save the Elephants before it is TOO LATE and they are gone forever!!
The Rhinos are being killed at an alarming rate for their horns that are used for the high demand of Ivory in Asia. We need to save these beautiful creatures now before it is too late and they are gone forever! The latest news is that the Rhinos Horns and Elephant Tusks are being dyed pink to deter the poachers who will not be able to sell them. Hopefully, this will save the Rhinos from becoming extinct so that future generations will be able to see them. It is so sad to hear that the Giraffes are on the brink of extinction with their habitat being destroyed every day from human encroachment. Giraffes have thrived in Africa for thousands of years and were plentiful and now their numbers are dwindling. Without these majestic animals, the world would be a very sad world indeed. We need to save the Giraffes now before they are gone forever! Giraffes, which reside in Africa and are one of the tallest animals there, are in trouble as their numbers are dwindling. With their habitat decreasing as the population continues to grow in Africa, these beautiful majestic creatures could vanish forever. We must do all we can to save the Giraffes from extinction. Before it is too late and they are gone forever!! The Great White Sharks that grace our oceans are in trouble and need our help. They are being killed at an alarming rate for their fins that are used for soup. If we lose these wonderful mammals who have been in the oceans for millions of years, it will have a devastating affect on our ecosystems. The Wild Kratt's brothers that appear on PBS Channel 11, did an episode on sharks. They are educating others through their series on various animal species and about the important role they play in our World. The Great White Sharks are our brothers as the Indians believe. They have the right to be here and we need to learn to appreciate them for the majestic creatures that they are. Tigers are magnificent animals, however, they are in trouble as their numbers are dwindling. This is due to poaching in Asia where they are killed for their bones for medicine. We need to help SAVE the TIGERS before it is too late and they are gone forever. We need to educate others on how these beautiful animals have feelings also. Tiger mothers are great with their newborn cubs and very protective. If we lose Tigers, we will lose ourselves in the interim, because each of us is connected on this Planet. These animals deserve our respect. Many countries revere the Tiger such as India. The Egyptians 3,000 years ago honored these cats and would never even think of killing them. Today, our World is full of Greed and disregard for the animals that we share this Planet with. We cannot just believe that we are the only ones who deserve to live on this Earth, that would be a selfish way to think. We need to live in peace and harmony with our fellow brothers, the animals. We can learn a lot from them if we would just observe them in their natural habitat. |
